The Parish Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker is located at 34 Ferry Road, Oxford OX3 0EU. Certain weekday serivces are held in the Chapel of Christ the All-Merciful Saviour, located at the parish house (address details below).
Following celebrations of the Divine Liturgy on Sunday mornings, the parish holds a coffee hour in the narthex hall. If you are interested in helping with the coffee or our monthly lunches, please read further details.
Bus services to the church:
If travelling by bus to the church, take bus nos. 13 or X13 from the Oxford Train Station or City Centre (outside the Post Office). Alight at 'The Somerset' at the top of Ferry Road.
From the Oxford Northern Bypass (A40), take the exit marked 'JR Hospital'. Turn left at the first mini roundabout and right at the second, near the BP garage (almost immediately afterwards). Continue along Marston Road. Ferry Road is the 5th turning on the right.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON FERRY ROAD unless you are registered disabled and have a badge to support this. Free parking is available along Marston Road, 2 minutes' walk from the Church (marked 'P' on the map above).
The parish house, together with the Chapel of Christ the All-Merciful Saviour, is located at 2 Bowness Avenue, Headington, Oxford, OX3 0AJ.
